NMB Bank Plc is hiring for the following positions:
1. Finance Analyst (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose: Manage the accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions, monitor budget controls, and ensure effective management of fixed assets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, and manage tax, credit control, and budgeting.
- Advise management on the financial implications of laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and proper asset management.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (preferably Accountancy and Finance).
- Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting and internal control.

2. Finance Analyst – Fixed Term (1 Year) (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose: Support the daily financial activities of the bank and ensure proper recording and reporting of financial transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, ensure compliance, and perform analysis and reporting.
- Advise management on financial matters and assist in budget management.
- Ensure proper management of accounts payable/receivable and staff claims.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (preferably Accountancy and Finance).
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) will be an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in financial accounting.

- Develop retention strategies to reduce customer churn and increase loyalty.
- Analyze product performance, monitor customer lifecycle, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plug revenue and operational leakages.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2 years of relevant experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI.

4. Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed Term – 2 Years) (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose: Ensure accurate monitoring and control of the bank’s General Ledger and branch suspense accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reconcile suspense accounts and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues promptly.
- Support branches with reconciliation matters and share best practices.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in reconciliation or card settlement, preferably in the banking industry.
