Job Summary
AUMS Geofields (T) Limited is seeking a qualified Storeperson to join the team at Geita Gold Mine. The Storeperson will manage warehouse operations to ensure the efficient, secure, and accurate handling of materials and equipment. This role is essential in maintaining optimal inventory levels to support mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Safely operate mobile equipment for loading, unloading, and delivering materials.
- Accurately receive, issue, and store warehouse materials.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stocktake activities.
- Report any stock discrepancies or losses to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Inventory & Data Management
- Record all stock transactions in the Pronto ERP system or other warehouse management platforms.
- Maintain high data accuracy in stock records and system entries.
- Assist in tracking stock movements and demand to optimize inventory control.
Security & Housekeeping
- Secure warehouse materials and equipment to prevent loss or theft.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including external storage areas.
Required Qualifications & Experience

| Experience | Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations within mining, earthmoving, or heavy industries |
| Certifications | Forklift, Integrated Tool Carrier, and Telehandler certification or competency |
| Technical Skills | Experience with Pronto ERP or similar inventory management systems |
| Licenses | Valid Tanzanian manual driver’s license |
| IT Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite |
| Language Skills | Fluency in Swahili and English |
| Professional Registration | Must be registered with PSPTB |
