Job Description

The Business Banker will support the Manager Acquisition in day-to-day administrative, sales, operational, and credit management functions. This role ensures that all compliance requirements are met and acts as a central office-bound contact point for the client, providing sales and service fulfilment aligned with segment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of sales, operational, and credit activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
• Serve as the primary office-based contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing sales and service support.
• Collaborate with the credit team to complete credit applications and support credit-related activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Finance and Accounting
• Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience Required

• Relationship Banking (Client Coverage) & Business & Commercial Banking
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an Account Analyst with exposure to lending principles, sales, and client servicing.
• Experience in a back-office Account Support or Customer Service Support role.
• Experience in Credit or Retail Credit Collections, handling credit applications.
• Relevant intermediary experience in respect of FAIS.
