Job Summary
CRDB Bank Plc is looking for skilled Software Developers to design, develop, and maintain business applications that align with the bank’s digital transformation strategy. The role involves coding, testing, debugging, and optimizing software to enhance operational efficiency and meet business goals. The developers will also work with established frameworks and software quality tools to ensure high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Maintenance
- Develop, test, and implement new business applications or upgrade existing software solutions.
- Write high-quality, reusable code following software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Identify and implement configuration changes to enhance application functionality.
System Integration & Testing
- Integrate technical and application components to meet business requirements.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software reliability.
- Maintain, tune, and repair applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Work with bank-approved frameworks and software quality tools.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, quality controls, and software architecture principles.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users post-installation.
Required Qualifications
