Job Summary
Equity Bank is looking for a skilled Senior Officer – Business Intelligence to analyze business data and provide strategic insights to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will collect, process, and visualize data to support decision-making and enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather data from various sources, including databases, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Utilize statistical methods and machine learning models to forecast future trends.
- Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for business growth and risk mitigation.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Create visual reports (charts, graphs, heatmaps) to simplify data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide insights to senior management to optimize operations and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and marketing teams to integrate business intelligence solutions.
Required Qualifications

| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum of 2 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role. |
