Job Summary
CNS Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson (Spare Parts) to drive sales of automotive spare parts. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers, including auto repair shops, car dealerships, and individual buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell a range of auto spare parts, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Stay updated on the company’s inventory, new arrivals, product specifications, and technical details.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and compatibility.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and efficiently process orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide management with insights on customer preferences and emerging market demands.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the sales manager.
• Address customer complaints regarding product quality or delivery, escalating unresolved matters as needed.
• Work closely with the marketing team on promotional activities.
• Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop strategies to boost sales performance and address challenges.
Job Requirements
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (A degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus).
Experience:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in spare parts sales within a company or store.
Technical & Soft Skills:
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of European automotive spare parts and their applications.
• Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
