Company Overview
Dongfang Steel Group Limited is one of Tanzania’s leading manufacturers of rebar and wire rod. With an annual production capacity of 500,000 MT, our products are made from imported steel billets and adhere to international standards—BS500 for rebars (8mm to 32mm) and SAE1008 for wire rods (5.5mm to 6.5mm). Production is set to begin in early March 2025.
To support our business expansion, we are looking for five (5) Sales Representatives to help grow our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to gather insights and develop marketing strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications

| Experience | Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in steel or construction materials |
| Language | Strong fluency in English (spoken and written) |
| Other Skills | Self-motivated, disciplined, and excellent communication skills |
| Mobility | Willing to travel regularly within Tanzania and neighboring countries |
