Job Overview

We are looking for two motivated Relationship Officers to join our team. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, facilitating loan applications, and promoting our financial products to meet sales targets. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to the growth of DigiPesa Credit Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist clients with loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Promote DigiPesa Credit Limited’s products and services to meet sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Operations Manager and other team members to drive business growth.
• Regularly visit clients to maintain relationships and provide financial advice.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A passion for customer service and meeting targets.
