Position: Reclaimer Operator (Urgently Needed)

Working Hours: Full-time
Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Nationality: Tanzanian Only

Qualifications Required

Minimum of Secondary School Education or College with knowledge of Electrical and/or Instrumentation.
Fresh college/school graduate (No prior experience required).

Essential Skills

Basic knowledge of cement production.
Good communication skills with basic written and spoken English.
Basic understanding of maintenance requirements.
Good knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Operating the reclaimer machines in shifts and ensuring constant management of hopper levels for raw mill operations.
Coordinating with the Quality Control Department for materials quality and stockpile management.
Conducting daily inspections of the reclaimer machine and reporting any abnormalities.
De-blocking discharge chutes for both the reclaimer and conveyor belt chutes when required.
Ensuring safe working practices in the area of responsibility.
Cleaning allocated areas and clearing blockages.
Participating in any production-related activities.
Performing any other duties as assigned.
