Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is a visionary with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

Conduct Door-to-Door marketing efforts to engage with local clients and generate sales.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications

Only female applicants aged 23 – 27 may apply for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Lab Sciences, or a related medical field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably within the medical industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including D2D, SEO, SEM, and social media.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization and with external partners.
