Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for new unit installations, de-installations, re-installations, and other option changes.
• Interact with customers following Cartrack’s customer service procedures.
• Act as a liaison between fitment technicians and customers.
• Ensure job requirements are met in accordance with quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Applied Excel and general computer skills.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Call centre experience.
• Previous experience in a vehicle tracking environment (advantageous).
