Job Summary
One Acre Fund is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to oversee IT networks across multiple countries. The role involves implementing and maintaining network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with InfoSec policies, and managing security updates. The successful candidate will also monitor network performance, resolve technical issues, and support Country IT Operations (CITO) teams.
This position requires at least 3 years of experience and deep technical expertise in network administration. You will work closely with the Networks Lead and play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure and Platform Management
- Implement and administer IT Networks, including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure stable and high-availability network connections in compliance with InfoSec policies.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Collaborate with Country ITO teams to manage network upgrades, repairs, and training.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and updates.
- Identify opportunities for network automation and cost reduction.
2. Monitoring and Event Management
- Design and implement network monitoring tools to detect potential service disruptions.
- Manage network incidents, determine their significance, and apply corrective actions.
- Implement redundancies and backup solutions to enhance network reliability.
3. Network Service Requests & Support
- Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 network issues within agreed service levels.
- Analyze and implement network requests according to organizational standards.

Required Qualifications
