Job Overview
CVPeople Tanzania is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-driven and energetic individual who thrives on generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to business growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the client base by identifying new opportunities, pitching digital advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Generation & Sales – Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
✅ Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
✅ Sales Pitch & Deal Closing – Present company services persuasively and finalize contracts.
✅ Market Research – Stay informed on industry trends and client needs.
✅ Sales Reporting – Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Sales.
✅ Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
Selection & Training Program
This role requires participation in a 3-week structured training and selection program before final hiring.
Program Breakdown
📌 Phase 1 (Week 1): Sales Training Program
- Introduction to the company and industry.
- Sales pitch training and objection handling.
- On-field lead generation and client visits.
- Hands-on sales execution.
- Performance evaluation.
📌 Phase 2 (Weeks 2 & 3): Evaluation Program
- Shortlisted candidates from Phase 1 will proceed to a 2-week evaluation period based on performance.
- One candidate will be selected for final hiring.
Allowance & Benefits
✔ Week 1: Lunch & Transport Allowance – TZS 50,000 (paid at the end of the first week).
✔ Weeks 2 & 3 (if shortlisted): Additional allowance of TZS 100,000 for two weeks.
🔹 Important Notes:
- This is a training program, not an employment contract.
- Only one candidate will be selected for the final Junior Sales Executive position.
- A Training Agreement must be signed before starting.
- Misconduct or failure to perform may result in removal from the program.
Key Qualifications & Skills
📌 Education & Experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation is an advantage.
📌 Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
