Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will oversee daily HR functions including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance with local employment regulations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate the smooth operation of HR processes, ensuring alignment with Jaza’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify required skills and competencies for vacant roles.
- Conduct background checks and employment verifications for new hires.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Implement the new hire induction program to introduce employees to company culture and values.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
HR Administration & Management
- Administer HR programs, including leave management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Handle disputes, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain HR documentation, including tracking and filing various HR-related documents.
- Prepare and update HR reports as necessary.
Employee Support & Compliance
- Provide guidance on employment-related inquiries from employees and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, incorporating best practices in HR operations.
Other Duties
- Support training and development initiatives, focusing on employee growth and health and safety.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Required Qualifications
Requirement | Details |
