About the Role
ADD International is currently transforming its way of working and staffing structure to deliver on its new strategy and become a Participatory Grant Maker. This transformation has brought opportunities to trial new HR initiatives, such as a 4-day working week and global standards, while also presenting new and interesting challenges. We are now seeking additional HR support.
This role will work closely with the HR Manager to support and lead on all aspects of generalist HR across ADD. It’s an exciting time to join ADD International as we implement changes from our new strategy. This role not only manages daily HR tasks but also offers the chance to propose and implement new approaches. With a focus on wellbeing, training, and inclusive culture during 2025, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting these priorities.
