Job Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance across the Africa Region.
Review financial statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain audit recommendations and monitor their implementation.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and legal requirements.
Conduct spot reviews and fraud assessments for financial transactions.
Provide advisory support and training on financial compliance matters.
Collaborate with management to enhance financial processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in financial compliance, auditing, or taxation.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is required.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems and accounting principles.
Experience with government regulations, grants, and non-profit financial management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
