Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager – Input & Control to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role will be integral to maintaining robust internal controls, managing corporate systems, and providing timely financial information and analysis to support effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Financial Controls: Ensure consistent application of financial controls across the organization.
- Corporate Systems Management: Oversee and maintain corporate financial systems.
- Financial Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely financial information and analysis.
- Audit Management: Manage audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Cost Recovery Management: Implement effective cost recovery strategies.
- Balance Sheet Management: Oversee country balance sheet management.
- Treasury/Cashflow Management: Supervise treasury functions and cash flow management.
Reporting Structure
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Head of Finance and will manage a team consisting of 2 direct reports and 6 dotted-line reports. Frequent collaboration with other departments and program teams will be essential.
