Who We Are:
The EACOP project is a significant midstream development across Uganda and Tanzania, including a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). EACOP operates a 1,443 km electrically heated crude oil export pipeline, transporting oil from Kabaale, Hoima in Uganda to Tanga Port, Tanzania, for international export.
Job Dimensions / General Description:
The Warehouse & Stock Coordinator oversees all activities within EACOP’s warehouses, including the MST (main warehouse) and multiple pumping stations (PS-1, PS-4, PS-5). This role also manages the Warehouses Specific Maintenance Contract (SMC).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide support for inventory management and warehousing activities.
- Review material and cargo handling and storage tasks.
- Follow up on all transport vehicles dispatched to operational sites.
- Manage proper database records for electronic documentation related to material delivery.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and place orders as required.
- Provide updates to customers (maintenance and operations teams) on the status of their orders.
- Conduct ongoing follow-up with suppliers for out-of-stock goods.
- Track inventory continuously and manage receipt and labeling issues.
- Organize the MST main warehouse catalog and plan routes for shipment processing.
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure compliance with warehouse management procedures.

- Fully comply with H3SE (Health, Safety, Social Security, and Environment) policies and Life-Saving Rules.
- Promote a safety culture among co-workers.
- Maintain continuous vigilance for unsafe conditions and communicate concerns to management.
- Maintain a safe, neat workplace and practice good housekeeping.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Taxation, Customs, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in logistics operations, particularly in warehouse management.
- Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written), knowledge of operational logistics, transportation regulations, and best practices, along with adaptability, diplomacy, and rigor.
