Job Summary

TotalEnergies is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to handle fuel order processing, customer account reconciliation, and service follow-ups. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of customer orders, maintain accurate records, and support sales growth while adhering to company policies and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Receive and process fuel orders efficiently.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders as per the D+2 procedure.
  • Prepare and submit customer statements at the end of each month.
  • Reconcile customer accounts as needed and follow up on payments.
  • Monitor credit customers to ensure compliance with payment terms.
  • Assist in opening new customer accounts and updating records.

Account Management & Documentation

  • Process reversals, debit, and credit notes for customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including orders, payments, statements, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is properly stored and accessible.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Participate in marketing activities aimed at improving sales and company profitability.
  • Provide insights on customer needs and suggest service improvements.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining positive customer relationships.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to TotalEnergies’ Golden Rules and all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
  • Promote and enforce safety measures among staff, contractors, and customers.

Required Qualifications

Requirement Details
Education University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
Experience Minimum of 2 years, preferably in the petroleum industry
Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
