Job Summary

Chem Chem Safari, an award-winning operator of luxury safari lodges, is seeking talented culinary and F&B professionals for our upcoming season. We are hiring for multiple positions across our Food & Beverage operations at our unique lodges located in a private wildlife concession.

Available Positions

• Head Chef
• Sous-Chef
• Chef de Partie
• Food & Beverage Waiters

Key Responsibilities

• Culinary Excellence: For chef positions – oversee kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Guest Service: For waitstaff – deliver exceptional service, take orders, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dynamic team to maintain high service standards and innovate our F&B offerings.
• Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment across our luxury lodges.

• Experience: Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
