Job Summary
Altezza Travelling Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare meals based on our restaurant menu, ensure high standards of hygiene, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meals following the restaurant menu and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop meal plans and menu suggestions for improved service variety.
- Ensure a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained kitchen environment.
- Regularly clean kitchenware, utensils, and work areas.
- Notify the hotel manager of any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Manage food supplies, coordinate with storekeepers, and ensure necessary stock levels.
- Adhere to all hygiene and sanitary regulations.
- Follow all hotel management policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Certificate in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and supervising junior chefs.
- Budget Management: Ability to work within budget constraints.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, creativity in meal planning, and strong organizational abilities.
