Job Description
Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and conduct tele-sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Build customer interest in the bank’s services and products.
- Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
- Update the database with customer information and status.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to dissatisfied customers.
- Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
- Adapt to changing work demands and unexpected delays.
- Follow instructions and take responsibility for actions.
- Analyze problems and develop logical solutions.
- Promote quality management and resource efficiency.
- Work well in a team and contribute to team spirit.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of outbound call center experience.
- Proficiency in required languages.
