Role Overview

As a Business Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Manage the sales funnel, process leads, prospect, cold call, plan meetings, close deals, and track interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Engage with Businesses: Establish and nurture relationships with small to mid-sized businesses, demonstrating the benefits of our B2B solutions.
  • Achieve Targets: Utilize an uncapped commission scheme to increase sales, optimize performance, and maintain excellent partner relationships.
  • Market Bolt Business Solutions: Stay aware of product developments and competitive trends to effectively market Bolt’s offerings.
  • Collaborate Locally: Work with the local business team to close significant deals and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year in B2B sales within a high-growth environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in engaging with clients, pitching, negotiating, and closing sales through various communication formats.
  • Knowledge: Experience in shared mobility, sales lead management, client onboarding, and account management for small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Tanzanian Swahili.
  • Technical Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
  • Attributes: Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a strong sense of integrity.
