Job Summary

AB InBev is looking for a highly skilled BU Financial Control Logistics Lead to oversee the financial operations within our logistics network. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cost controls, ensuring compliance with financial processes, optimizing inventory management, and delivering reliable financial reports across our distribution centers (DCs). You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and contribute to effective forecasting, ensuring the financial health of logistics operations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Cost Leadership & Management

  • Oversee and manage DC costs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze and optimize utility and inventory costs, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Ensure effective cost management to optimize resources and operational discipline.

2. Controls & Compliance

  • Lead the internal control processes to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Ensure strict adherence to financial procedures and execute effective audits within the logistics function.
  • Maintain inventory compliance across all stages of control and mitigate risks.

3. Capex Management

  • Oversee capital expenditure (Capex) management, ensuring proper capitalization and asset verification.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure that Capex is in line with operational needs and budget plans.

4. Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Provide key inputs for strategic financial planning and budgeting.
  • Support the month-end forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial controlling within a site manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong experience in SAP/Syspro, Business Warehouse, and Anaplan (a plus).
    • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong ability to manage complex cost and inventory processes.
