Job Summary

DTB Bank is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager – Transactional Monitoring to manage relationships with top borrowers, ensuring the efficient processing of transactions in compliance with loan covenants. This role involves overseeing financial transactions such as deposits and transfers, ensuring all are processed through the bank, and preparing regular reports.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with top borrowers, acting as the primary point of contact for transactional banking services.
Transaction Oversight: Ensure that all inflows and payments are processed through the bank in line with borrower agreements.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor transactional activities to ensure adherence to loan covenants and collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure compliance.
Reporting: Prepare regular financial status reports, addressing any breaches of agreement.
General Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or line manager.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products, loan covenants, and financial risk management.
Skills: General knowledge of operating systems, customer service delivery systems, and banking products.
