Position: Maintenance Foreman – Steam & Power Generation

Job Overview

To supervise maintenance employees in the respective discipline to achieve maximum plant availability and equipment capacity (Maintenance Excellence) and to ensure the plant realizes agreed capacity while addressing areas for improvement.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the daily work and performance of each employee on the assigned team, organize schedules, and assign work activity to achieve team and company objectives safely.
• Monitor performance and support teams in solving problems and taking corrective action.
• Monitor standards for setting, operating, and maintaining equipment and ensure instructions are followed.
• Manage iAMP policy adherence to practices among the maintenance team.
• Manage work quality to reduce rework and increase plant reliability.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and reliability for the respective area and align maintenance plans accordingly.
• Identify areas for equipment performance and quality improvement and implement necessary systems and processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement by applying best functional practices and conducting physical inspections.
• Work with Optimization and Production teams to resolve problems and promote cross-functional teamwork.
• Ensure Plant, Equipment, BOM information, and Work Orders are captured accurately within SAP.
• Provide teams with necessary tools and equipment for effective work.
• Ensure technical and maintenance reporting in SAP complies with company policy.
• Maintain key engineering activities following Group technical risk guidelines.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to track performance and address issues.

Job Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing, preferably in sugar factories
• Extensive experience using planned maintenance systems, especially SAP

Terms of Service: Permanent Contract
