Job Description

Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and conduct tele-sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Build customer interest in the bank’s services and products.
  • Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
  • Update the database with customer information and status.
  • Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to dissatisfied customers.
  • Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
  • Adapt to changing work demands and unexpected delays.
  • Follow instructions and take responsibility for actions.
  • Analyze problems and develop logical solutions.
  • Promote quality management and resource efficiency.
  • Work well in a team and contribute to team spirit.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum of two years of outbound call center experience.
  • Proficiency in required languages.
