Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Develop and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing platforms.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in the oil and gas sector.
