Job Summary
Equity Bank is seeking a skilled Data Science Officer to analyze and interpret complex data to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling
- Collect and prepare raw data from various sources for analysis.
- Identify patterns, trends, and relationships in structured and unstructured data.
- Build and refine predictive models to support decision-making and automation.
Visualization & Reporting
- Present insights using data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
Operational & Business Impact
- Use data insights to optimize banking operations and improve customer experiences.
- Support teams in making data-driven decisions that enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
