Job Summary

MCL is seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Developer to join its digital team. The role involves developing and maintaining user-facing applications, improving code performance, and ensuring an optimal user experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and a keen eye for UI/UX design principles.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Maintenance

• Develop new user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js.
• Maintain, test, and optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement responsive design techniques to enhance mobile and desktop experiences.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Utilize version control systems like Git and follow Agile development methodologies.
• Ensure web applications adhere to usability and accessibility standards.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with back-end developers to build interactive and robust applications.
• Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align project goals.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in front-end development and UI/UX design.

UI/UX Design & Implementation

• Translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Enhance the overall user experience through intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
