Job Summary
TotalEnergies is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to handle fuel order processing, customer account reconciliation, and service follow-ups. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of customer orders, maintain accurate records, and support sales growth while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
- Receive and process fuel orders efficiently.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders as per the D+2 procedure.
- Prepare and submit customer statements at the end of each month.
- Reconcile customer accounts as needed and follow up on payments.
- Monitor credit customers to ensure compliance with payment terms.
- Assist in opening new customer accounts and updating records.
Account Management & Documentation
- Process reversals, debit, and credit notes for customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including orders, payments, statements, and correspondence.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is properly stored and accessible.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Participate in marketing activities aimed at improving sales and company profitability.
- Provide insights on customer needs and suggest service improvements.
- Support the sales team in maintaining positive customer relationships.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to TotalEnergies’ Golden Rules and all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Promote and enforce safety measures among staff, contractors, and customers.
Required Qualifications
