Key Responsibilities
As the Control and Risk Associate Consultant, you will:
- Monitor and Improve Quality Control: Assess and propose measures to enhance quality control across all UNICC functions.
- Identify and Implement Improvements: Use tools and continuous improvement methodologies to address process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate Across the Organization: Ensure controls are integrated into business processes and assess their effectiveness.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Plan and perform risk identification and assessment, and report on mitigating controls.
- Develop Training Programs: Enhance risk awareness and promote a risk-aware culture within the organization.
- Support Assurance Programs: Conduct control assessments and audits, and support risk management services for UNICC clients.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Experience: At least four years in risk management or internal control.
- Skills: Proficiency in risk management tools, strong analytical abilities, and collaborative skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, risk management, or business administration, plus relevant certifications (CRMP, CIA, Six Sigma).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of ITIL, audit methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with internal and external audit techniques.
Languages: Expert level in English required.
