The Role

As the Affiliate and Partners Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing our affiliate marketing program. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Affiliate Program Management

• Develop and Implement: Create and oversee the company’s affiliate marketing program.
• Recruit and Maintain: Onboard new affiliate partners and nurture existing relationships.
• Monitor and Analyze: Track affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify improvement areas.

2. Relationship Building

• Main Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for affiliates and partners.
• Negotiate Agreements: Ensure mutually beneficial terms and provide support to optimize campaigns.

3. Performance Analysis

• Track and Report: Monitor the performance of affiliate campaigns and use data to drive decisions.
• Compliance: Enforce program terms and prevent potential fraud.

4. Strategic Planning

• Develop Strategies: Scale the affiliate program and identify new partners.
• Collaborate: Align efforts with marketing goals and stay updated on industry trends.

5. Content and Marketing Coordination

• Collaborate: Work with content creators and marketing teams to produce aligned promotional materials.
• Coordinate Campaigns: Manage promotions, events, and co-branded initiatives with partners.

6. Compliance and Fraud Prevention

• Ensure Adherence: Monitor compliance with policies and industry regulations.
• Prevent Fraud: Protect the company’s interests by addressing potential fraud.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Experience: At least 3 years in a Partnerships/Alliances role, preferably in the Brokerage/Treasury/Securities Exchange or FinTech industry.
