Position Objective
The Principal Relationship Officer II will be instrumental in developing, growing, and managing the corporate banking customer base. The role involves recruiting new customers and optimizing sales to existing ones to maximize profitability. Regular customer interactions and visits will be key to addressing banking needs effectively and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Trade Finance Business: Drive growth and revenue for assigned portfolios, achieving targeted goals for Trade Finance (Funded & Non-Funded).
- Business Development: Coordinate with Relationship Managers to develop Trade Finance business and generate new opportunities.
- Utilize Trade Finance Products: Use structured solutions to enhance yields from client relationships.
- Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate terms to maximize income from Trade Finance deals, ensuring pricing aligns with cost.
- Technical Support: Resolve technical trade finance queries and provide practical solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee communication and operations within the targeted portfolio, including managing correspondent bank relationships and monitoring trade volumes.
- Client Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of trade finance clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment with TCB’s goals.
Professional and Interpersonal Details
- Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least six years of relevant experience in the field.
