COCODA Tanzania is a non-governmental organization established in 2000 to address the rising number of orphans due to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. The organization provides social health education, supports vulnerable children, and offers vocational training and small-scale income-generating projects.
The Kizazi Hodari Project, funded by USAID and implemented by Deloitte Tanzania, focuses on sustaining HIV epidemic control, especially among vulnerable groups such as orphans, young women, and HIV-affected communities. COCODA, through this project, is implementing activities across various councils in Tanzania to support HIV prevention, treatment, and socio-economic empowerment.
Available Positions:

Project Manager – 1 Position
Location: Njombe Region
Reports to: Technical Director
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Public Health, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

M&E Officer – 1 Position
Location: Njombe Region
Reports to: Project Manager
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, or IT.
- 2-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Proficiency in DHIS2 is preferred.

Case Management Officer (CMO) – 2 Positions
Location: Njombe Region
Reports to: Project Manager
Qualifications:- Diploma in Social Work or Public Health.
- Experience in case management and child protection.

Health Technical Officers (HTOs) – 2 Positions
Location: Njombe Region
Reports to: Project Manager
Qualifications:- Diploma or Degree in Medical/Nursing with HIV/AIDS project experience.
- At least 2-5 years in community health.

Economic Strengthening Officer (ESO) – 1 Position
Location: Njombe Region
Reports to: Project Manager
Qualifications:- Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least two years of experience in community development.
