Key Responsibilities

• Provide splendid customer service to clients in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
• Have sufficient knowledge about the bank’s products and services.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines while discharging duties.

Daily Responsibilities

• Advise customers on financial-related issues.
• Ensure records are correctly captured.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Academic & Professional Requirements

• Education: O’Level & A’Level with at least a ‘C’ in Mathematics and English.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Business-related field.
• Professional Qualifications: Business-related.
• Master’s Degree (Optional): Business-related is an added advantage.
