Job Summary
CCBRT is seeking a Medical Attendant to support healthcare providers at its rehabilitation center in Moshi. The role involves assisting in clinical operations, preparing work areas, transporting clients and equipment, and ensuring a smooth patient flow within the facility. The Medical Attendant will also provide health education to clients and their guardians while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
- Prepare clinical workspaces and ensure all tools are available and functional.
- Transport clients, medical supplies, and equipment within CCBRT Moshi.
- Provide health education to clients and their families.
- Manage visiting hours and ensure the safety of clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Form 4 Certificate plus one-year basic nursing training or a certificate in social welfare from a government-recognized institution.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Swahili).
- Ability to multitask and work in a flexible environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
