Job Summary
Chem Chem Safari is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to oversee operations at one of our award-winning, intimate safari lodges. This role blends high-end hospitality leadership with an authentic safari experience, ensuring world-class service while preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lodge operations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience with personal hosting and tailored services.
- Lead staff development, training, and performance management.
- Maintain commercial oversight, ensuring financial efficiency and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven luxury safari lodge management experience in East Africa.
- Guest Relations: Strong ability to create personalized and memorable guest experiences.
- Language: Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
