Job Summary

Halotel is looking for three Technical Staff to manage site operations, ensure network stability, and handle troubleshooting tasks. The successful candidates will be responsible for site maintenance, cable management, fuel refueling, and troubleshooting network-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Safety

• Ensure all site components, including fences, machine rooms, fuel tanks, and generators, are properly secured.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site, including the machine room, fans, and equipment.
• Conduct regular alarm checks in cooperation with the NOC (Network Operations Center).
• Configure parameters as per regulations.
• Test and maintain battery performance following company guidelines.
• Perform generator maintenance, including oil changes and filter replacements.
• Inspect and secure antenna masts and container houses.

2. Cable Route Safety & Stability

• Conduct routine patrols and maintenance of cable routes.
• Ensure the security and stability of transmission cables.

3. Fuel Refueling & Handover

• Organize or coordinate with partners to refuel sites efficiently.
• Work with the Technical and NOC departments to monitor fuel consumption and generator operations.

4. Troubleshooting & Emergency Response

• Address power outages affecting large areas.
• Troubleshoot broken cables and restore network functionality.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Preferred: Candidates with 1+ year of management experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of technical documentation in English.
• Proficiency in technical software and troubleshooting tools.
