ADVERTISEMENT OF JOB OPPORTUNITIES

The Executive Director of Bukoba District Council after receiving the employment permit with reference. And. FA.228/613/01/C/059 dated 07.06.2024 from the Secretary General, Office of the President, Good Governance Service Management invites all Tanzanians who have the qualifications and interest to work in the Bukoba District Council to apply for the position of work mentioned below.

BUKOBA DISTRICT COUNCIL JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: CLASS II DRIVER (PLACE 1)

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT

Must have graduated from Fourth Form (IV) Education
He must have a Class C or E driver's license that he has worked for at least one year without causing an accident.
He must have attended a basic driving course (Basic Driving Course) provided by VETA or NIT or another Government-recognized College.

JOB DUTIES

Checking the vehicle before and after the trip to determine the vehicle's safety condition;
Sending employees on business trips;
Doing small car repairs;
Collecting and distributing various documents;
Filling and keeping information of all trips in the trip book; and
Cleaning the car.

WAGE LEVEL

The Salary Level is TGS B

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens and aged between 18 and no more than 45 years, except for those who are working in the government;
All applicants must attach a birth certificate attested by a Lawyer/Attorney.
Applicants who are already public servants and have obtained qualifications to enter different cadres than they have, should forward their job application letters to their employers and the Employers should satisfy themselves accordingly.
Applicants should attach a detailed C.V with reliable addresses and phone numbers as well as the names of three reliable referees.
All applications must be accompanied by professional certificates, information, copies of certificates certified by a Lawyer/Attorney which are birth certificates, Form Four, Form Six for those who have reached that level, and certificates of various trainings based on the qualifications of the relevant work.
Testmonials", "Provisional Results", "Statement of results", fourth and sixth form results documents (FORM IV AND FORM VI RESULTS SLIPS) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Applicants who studied outside of Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA and NACTE).
Applicants retired from the Public Service are not allowed to apply unless they have the approval of the Chief Secretary.
Job applicants who are already employed in entry positions in the Public Service should not apply and should follow the instructions in Circular No. CCA. 45/257/01/D/140 dated November 30, 2010.
Applicants who submit false information and qualifications will be subject to legal action.
The deadline for sending applications is July 11, 2024.
