Internship Description
We are offering a range of internship opportunities across various corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Communication, Data Protection, Security, Research and Development (R&D), Stakeholder Management, and Contract Management.
Key Profiles and Responsibilities
- Communications Intern
- Support daily tasks of the Communication Sector Head.
- Contribute to the development of visual and digital communication products.
- Assist in managing social media content and covering eu-LISA events.
- Contract Management Intern
- Assist in creating and implementing contract/service requests.
- Monitor contractor performance and support project managers.
- R&D Intern
- Conduct research and technology monitoring.
- Support internal research activities and organize workshops.
- Legal Intern
- Support Legal Officers in various tasks, including research on EU case-law and legislative frameworks.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks and preparing procurement procedures.
- Data Protection Intern
- Maintain data protection registers and assist with compliance documentation.
- Provide opinions and advice on data processing and privacy issues.
- Security Intern
- Assist in security and business continuity awareness activities.
- Support the implementation of the Security Awareness and Training Framework.
Internship Benefits
- Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension up to 12 months).
- Monthly Grant:
- €1,815.66 in Tallinn
- €1,835.85 in Brussels
- €2,193.84 in Strasbourg
- Locations: Strasbourg (France), Tallinn (Estonia), Brussels (Belgium).
- Working Model: Hybrid working arrangements with relocation required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be nationals of an EU Member State.
- A university degree or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of another EU language are preferred.
