Internship Description

We are offering a range of internship opportunities across various corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Communication, Data Protection, Security, Research and Development (R&D), Stakeholder Management, and Contract Management.

Key Profiles and Responsibilities

  1. Communications Intern
    • Support daily tasks of the Communication Sector Head.
    • Contribute to the development of visual and digital communication products.
    • Assist in managing social media content and covering eu-LISA events.
  2. Contract Management Intern
    • Assist in creating and implementing contract/service requests.
    • Monitor contractor performance and support project managers.
  3. R&D Intern
    • Conduct research and technology monitoring.
    • Support internal research activities and organize workshops.
  4. Legal Intern
    • Support Legal Officers in various tasks, including research on EU case-law and legislative frameworks.
    • Assist in handling administrative tasks and preparing procurement procedures.
  5. Data Protection Intern
    • Maintain data protection registers and assist with compliance documentation.
    • Provide opinions and advice on data processing and privacy issues.
  6. Security Intern
    • Assist in security and business continuity awareness activities.
    • Support the implementation of the Security Awareness and Training Framework.

Internship Benefits

  • Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension up to 12 months).
  • Monthly Grant:
    • €1,815.66 in Tallinn
    • €1,835.85 in Brussels
    • €2,193.84 in Strasbourg
  • Locations: Strasbourg (France), Tallinn (Estonia), Brussels (Belgium).
  • Working Model: Hybrid working arrangements with relocation required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must be nationals of an EU Member State.
  • A university degree or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of another EU language are preferred.
